To request Baronial Assets for your event or function, please fill out the PDF form below. Once the PDF form is complete, download the PDF to your device and email the completed form to
quartermaster(at) sacredstone.atlantia.sca.org and exchequer(at)sacredstone.atlantia.sca.org
Arrangements will be made to pick up the items at Baronial storage. The Quartermaster and Exchequer will print the form for the requester to physically sign at check out and take pictures. The signed form will be scanned with the images attached and saved for reference and a copy of both will be emailed to the requester.
After the event is over, the requester arranges with the quartermaster or exchequer to return the items to Baronial storage no later than 14 says after the event. The Quartermaster and Exchequer will note on the form when the items were returned, take pics, scan the updated form, attach the after pictures and send a copy to the requester.
