Baronial Asset Request Form
To request baronial assets for your event or function, please fill out the interactive PDF form below. Once completed, save and download the file to your device, then email the finished form to both the Quartermaster and the Exchequer.
Pickup arrangements will be coordinated directly with Baronial storage. At checkout, the Quartermaster or Exchequer will have a physical copy of the form ready for you to sign, alongside taking condition photos. This signed form will be scanned, attached with the photos for reference, archived, and a digital copy will be emailed to you for your records.
All borrowed items must be returned to Baronial storage no later than 14 days following the conclusion of your event.
Upon return, the Quartermaster or Exchequer will document the return date, photograph the items, scan the updated form with the post-event pictures, and email a finalized copy back to you.
